SPA POLICIES

• PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO FILL OUT AN INFORMATION SHEET. We regret that late arrivals CANNOT receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full fee.
• For your comfort, robes and slippers will be provided for most of the services.
• For Body Treatments, disposable underwear, bikinis and bras are available.
• Modesty draping for privacy is observed during all Body Treatments and Massages.
• If someone is accompanying you to your appointment, please understand that all guests must remain in the waiting area so that our staff can focus on you.
• Small children cannot accompany you to your appointment.
• This studio is a place for relaxation, please be respectful and turn off all electronic devices (cell phones off or on vibrate) while in the makeup studio, nail studio and spa facility. Please do not carry on cell phone conversations while in spa and studio.
• When making an appointment for two or more services, please have your credit card number available to reserve your appointment.
• Gift certificate holders, please have your gift certificate number on hand to reserve your appointment.

Appointments are required for all packages. Allow 1 week for week day appointments, 2-3 weeks for Saturday appointments.

Each spa guest and retail client is invited to enjoy a complimentary makeup lesson. Let us know if your time allows so we can make adjustments just for you.
